The range of application:

Veneer slicer is designed to cut the sliced veneers out of high-valued wood with good grain and colour for surface coating.The veneers can be widely used in such fields as door making, Upholstery, panel furniture, surface of plywood and surface of MDF/partical board etc. Compared with frame saw and horizontal bandsaw, it save wood by 30%-50%.With the popularity of artificial boards and booming furniture industry, sliced veneers are playing a more important role in the market. 1. About 25 times of veneers per minitue (based on 2-meter wood and automatic cycle feeding system);
2. Cutting thickness shown in digit,cutting thickness can be as accurate as 0.01mm;
3. Pressing table lift/down controlled automatically and manually;
4. Equipped with Foot-control Switch;
5. Veneer output can be indicated by a counter;
6. Automatic feeding speed can be adjusted by PLC;
7. Veneer thickness cutted can be from 0.5mm to 5mm according to wood hardness;
8. Veneer thickness error falls in ±0.10mm.
